Common use of Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee Clause in Contracts

Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee. The Consortium Members shall agree upon the Internal Regulation of the Operating Committee with provisions additional to those in this Annex. Operating expenses of the Operating Committee Expenses regarding the operation of the Operating Committee shall be borne by the Contractors proportionally to their Share. The Manager shall bear with the travel and accommodation expenses of its representatives in the Operating Committee.
