Common use of International Cooperation Clause in Contracts

International Cooperation. The Parties may bring to the Joint Committee under Article 17 issues related to: (a) air transport and international organisations; (b) possible developments in relations between the Parties and other countries in air transport; and (c) trends in bilateral or multilateral arrangements including, where possible, proposals on the development of coordinated positions in these fields.
