International Placements. Applicants who receive placement of a child pursuant to an international adoption agree to abide by the regulations set forth by the country in which their child resided prior to the placement, including, but not limited to, extended period of visits and/or reports, pictures and post placement visits and reports for multiple years after the finalization of the adoption. The applicants agree to pay for all required post placement visits and reports prior to approval of their home study.

International Placements. If the Placement requires the Student/s to travel outside of Australia, Flinders University and the Placement Organisation agree that the Student/s will be responsible for: all travel related expenses (including transportation, accommodation, food, pre-departure medical expenses and passport and visa costs); ensuring they have a valid passport and comply with any additional customs and border protection requirements (including obtaining relevant visas); obtaining and maintaining appropriate travel insurance. The Student/s may have access to Flinders University’s Corporate Travel Insurance policy (however, the Student/s will not be automatically covered by this Policy and will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate coverage exists); informing themselves of risks associated with travel outside of Australia (including familiarising themselves with relevant government issued travel warnings); and familiarising themselves with the local laws and customs of the country to which they will travel and abiding by those laws and customs.

  • International Transactions When you use your Visa Debit Card, Platinum Visa Credit Card, or ATM card for international transactions, a fee will be assessed. You agree to pay a 1.00% international transaction fee for ATM and point-of-sale (i.e., PIN-based) transactions and a 3.00% international transaction fee for all other international transactions and cash advances. The fee will be assessed on international transactions if a currency conversion does take place or if the transaction is processed in U.S. dollars. When you use your Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, or ATM card at a merchant that settles in, or at an ATM that dispenses, currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the U.S. dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollars is either a wholesale market rate or the government-mandated rate in effect the day before the processing date. The conversion rate in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. The International Transaction Fee will be calculated after the transaction has been converted to U.S. dollars.

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
