In such cases an adequate protection for the personal data pursuant to the GDPR must be ensured. Thereto Processor shall conclude the SCCs and Processors located in Third Countries shall conclude the SCCs directly with the Customer and Processor, and Processors located in Third Countries shall comply with the SCCs for any onward transfer to Subprocessors in Third Countries.
