Common use of Internet Connectivity; Disclaimer Clause in Contracts

Internet Connectivity; Disclaimer. Access to Global fx Tax, to electronic filing and to Customer’s Online Account(s) is made available by CCH (either itself or through a third party) via the Internet. Customer shall provide, at Customer’s own expense, all necessary hardware, applications and Internet connectivity necessary for such access. Customer acknowledges that the Internet is known to be unpredictable in performance and may, from time to time, impede access to Global fx Tax, to electronic filing and/or to Customer’s Online Account(s). Customer agrees that CCH is not in any way responsible for any interference with Customer’s use of or access to Global fx Tax, to electronic filing and/or to Customer’s Online Account(s) arising from or attributable to the Internet and Customer waives any and all claims against CCH in connection therewith.
