Common use of Internet Defamation and Harassment Clause in Contracts

Internet Defamation and Harassment. Students found to have used District resources to knowingly make false, obscene or defamatory depictions of or claims against an employee or to include an employee’s image without his/her permission shall be disciplined according to District policy. The employee may request that the student be reassigned. Students who engage in inappropriate behavior towards employees from off campus may be subject to District disciplinary policy.
