Internet Instructions. Subject to clause 4.7 any Order or instruction sent by you via the Trading Platform will be deemed to have been received, and will only constitute a valid instruction and binding Contract between you and us, when such Order or instruction has been recorded as accepted by us and a Confirmation is provided to you via the Trading Platform.
