Examples of Valid Instruction in a sentence
The User shall ensure that each instruction given to EBS through Your Accounts Online (the “Instructions” and each an “Instruction”) is a Valid Instruction.
The individual who creates or maintains a record or file is generally the person most qualified to inventory its contents.
Invalid Transaction means, in respect of a Settlement Accountholder, a transaction performed by ESAS which does not match a Valid Instruction.
The Accountholder undertakes, in respect of any Valid Instructions which cannot be received or interpreted by ESAS due to a System Fault, to resubmit without delay those Valid Instructions which the Accountholder wishes to be actioned, upon request by the Reserve Bank or upon the Accountholder otherwise becoming aware that the Reserve Bank is unable to act upon that Valid Instruction due to a System Fault.
The User irrevocably authorises EBS to act upon each Valid Instruction received without EBS taking any further steps to authenticate an Instruction.
The processing by EBS of a Valid Instruction shall be final and binding on the User.
If the Ministers or Ministry and Personnel Committee know of reasons why a person may not be suitable for a position, further investigation should take place until such concerns are allayed.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires: Account Enquiry means a Valid Instruction enquiring as to the status of the Accountholder’s Settlement Account or Payment Instructions.
