Interpretation of Article. 4 For the purposes of sub-paragraph (k) of paragraph 1 of Article 4, a “recognised stock exchange” means any stock exchange agreed upon from time to time by the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties.
Interpretation of Article. The provisions of this Article shall be liberally construed to promote the public interest. This Article shall be interpreted in accordance with Sections 67.1830, RSMo., et seq., and 47 U.S.C. Section 332.
