Interval. The interval for ICDF Collocation shall vary depending upon two (2) factors – 1) Whether the request was forecasted in accordance with 8.4.1.4 or the space was reserved, in accordance with this Section and 2) Whether CLEC provides its Acceptance within seven (7) calendar days of the quotation. When Qwest is permitted to complete a Collocation installation in an interval that is longer than the standard intervals set forth below, Qwest shall use its best efforts to minimize the extension of the intervals beyond such standard intervals.
