Interview and Rating System Clause Samples
The Interview and Rating System clause establishes a formal process for evaluating candidates or proposals through structured interviews and a standardized rating mechanism. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for assessment, the composition of the interview panel, and the method for scoring or ranking participants, ensuring that all evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently. Interview and Rating System. The Oral Interview Board will interview eligible applicants from the pool(s) selected by the Department head and determined by the preceding steps in this article. Each Candidate will be rated in the following ten (10) categories:
1. Decision Making
2. Problem Analysis/Solving
3. Technical/Professional Knowledge
4. Oral Communication Skills 5. Interpersonal Skills
