INTERVIEW BY UNION. A Union representative shall have the right to interview employees and branch management concerning discharge and discipline matters. Employer personnel shall have the right to have another Employer representative present in such interviews. Such interviews shall not interfere in any way with the Employer’s business activity. Such interview is to be for informational purposes. The Employer will have the same right to interview any bargaining unit employee, provided the employee is permitted to have a union representative at the interview.
