Inuit Researchers. 10.4.1 Upon the request of an Inuit Researcher, CWS shall provide the Researcher with: (a) access to non-confidential information that is available within CWS and that could assist the Researcher in carrying out the research, including relevant research reports, proposals, data bases and other information; (b) reasonable access to CWS facilities and equipment, if available, during the data collection and data analysis stages of the research; (c) a waiver of all CWS fees associated with the Researcher’s research activities; and (d) where reasonable and available, access, at no cost to the Researcher, to aircraft, vehicles or water craft chartered or otherwise arranged by CWS for the purpose of managing or conducting research in an NWA or MBS. 10.4.2 For greater certainty, Inuit Researchers shall be subject to the provisions of this Article.
