Inventions and Works. Any and all inventions and works pursuant to or resulting from the Services will, upon creation, be owned exclusively by FIS.
Inventions and Works. The Executive shall disclose promptly to the Company any and all significant conceptions and ideas for inventions, improvements and valuable discoveries, whether patentable or not, and any and all works of authorship (including computer software), whether copyrightable or not, which are conceived or made by the Executive, solely or jointly with another, during the period of employment or within six (6) months thereafter and which are directly related to the business or activities of Company and which the Executive conceives as a result of the Executive's employment by the Company. The Executive hereby assigns and agrees to assign all the Executive's interests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, the Executive shall execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain copyright registration or Letters Patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company's interest therein.

Section 1004.23, Florida Statutes, authorizes the University to establish regulations, policies, and procedures regarding patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Such regulations, policies, and procedures shall be consistent with the terms of this Article.

Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Burgxxx xxxll execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain copyright registration or Letters Patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company's interest therein.
Inventions and Works. Employee will promptly disclose to SkyPostal all inventions, works or creations of any type, including without limitation, all software, software code, methods, plans, or concepts, made or conceived by Employee, either alone or in conjunction with others, during his employment with SkyPostal. All Inventions and Works shall be deemed within the scope of Employee’s employment, and such Inventions and Works will be owned by SkyPostal. Employee hereby grants, assigns and transfers all right, title and interest in such Inventions and Works to SkyPostal and agrees to execute all papers and perform such other acts as are reasonably necessary to assist SkyPostal to obtain and register any copyrights, or to secure any patents or other intellectual property rights.

Fishxx xxxeby assigns and agrees to assign all Fishxx'x xxxerests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Fishxx xxxll execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain copyright registration or Letters Patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company's interest therein.

Paxtxx xxxll disclose promptly to the Company and Cytation any and all significant conceptions and ideas for inventions, improvements and valuable discoveries, whether patentable or not, and any and all works of authorship (including computer software), whether copyrightable or not, which are conceived or made by Paxtxx, xxlely or jointly with another, during the term of this Agreement or within one (1) year thereafter, and which are directly related to the business or activities of the Company and which Paxtxx xxxceives as a result of Paxtxx'x xxxagement by the Company. Paxtxx xxxeby assigns and agrees to assign all Paxtxx'x xxxerests therein to the Company or its nominee. Whenever requested to do so by the Company, Paxtxx xxxll execute any and all applications, assignments or other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to apply for and obtain copyright registration or Letters Patent of the United States or any foreign country or to otherwise protect the Company's interest therein. It is understood and agreed that Paxtxx xxx heretofore disclosed all inventions and works as described above to the Company, and has assigned to it all inventions and works now known to him over which he has any control.
