Inventory Usage Data. The Buyer shall provide to the Seller at dates to be mutually agreed a quantitative list of the parts used for maintenance and overhaul of the Aircraft. The range and contents of this list shall be established according to SPEC 2000, Chapter 5, or as mutually agreed between the Seller and the Buyer. The Seller shall treat this information as confidential and shall not divulge it a third party without the consent of the Buyer, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
