Common use of Investigation and Presentation of Grievances Clause in Contracts

Investigation and Presentation of Grievances. The Shop Xxxxxxx (or designee) will be allowed release time, without loss of pay or leave credits, for the following activities: to present grievances to management; to attend grievance arbitration hearings; and, to attend conferences and hearings of the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, and to investigate grievances.
