Investigatory Interview Meeting Requirement. In an investigation of alleged conduct that could result in the dismissal or suspension without pay of a Faculty member, the Board shall conduct an investigatory interview meeting(s) with the Faculty member. In an investigation of alleged conduct that could result in discipline other than suspension or dismissal of a Faculty member, the Board may choose not to conduct an investigatory interview meeting(s) with the Faculty Member.
