Common use of Investigatory Notification Clause in Contracts

Investigatory Notification. The Deputy Chief Administrative Judge (New York City Courts) shall provide written notice by letter to an employee who was the subject of an investigation, with a copy to the Union Local President, within three business days from when he/she has received a final report from the Unified Court System’s Inspector General’s Office indicating that the Inspector General has completed its investigation.
