The Deputy Chief Administrative Judge (Courts Outside New York City) shall provide written notice by letter to an employee who was the subject of an investigation, with a copy to the Union President, within three business days from when he/she has received a final report from the Unified Court System's Inspector General's Office indicating that the Inspector General has completed its investigation.
