Early Release. Graduation to Tier 1
(1) When a CPC or Resulting Issuer becomes a Tier 1 Issuer, the release schedule for its escrow securities changes.
(2) If the Issuer reasonably believes that it meets the Initial Listing Requirements of a Tier 1 Issuer as described in Policy 2.1 – Initial Listing Requirements, the Issuer may make application to the Exchange to be listed as a Tier 1 Issuer. The Issuer must also concurrently provide notice to the Escrow Agent that it is making such an application.
(3) If the graduation to Tier 1 is accepted by the Exchange, the Exchange will issue an Exchange Bulletin confirming final acceptance for listing of the Issuer on Tier 1. Upon issuance of this Bulletin the Issuer must immediately:
(a) issue a news release disclosing:
(i) that it has been accepted for graduation to Tier 1; and
(ii) the number of escrow securities to be released and the dates of release under the new schedule; and
(b) provide the news release, together with a copy of the Exchange Bulletin, to the Escrow Agent.
(4) Upon completion of the steps in section 3.1(3) above, the Issuer’s release schedule B(1) will be replaced with release schedule B(2).
(5) Within 10 days of the Exchange Bulletin confirming the Issuer’s listing on Tier 1, the Escrow Agent must release any escrow securities from escrow which under the new release schedule would have been releasable at a date prior to the Exchange Bulletin.
Early Release. When an office or facility is closed after the start of regular work hours or shifts, and non-temporary, non-emergency essential employees are dismissed early, such employees shall suffer no loss of pay or charge to accrued leave, except that employees who are on pre-approved leave status shall be charged leave as appropriate.
Early Release. Subject to approval by the principal, a unit member may be released from on- site duties following the completion of the instructional day.
Early Release a. All bargaining unit members need permission from their building administrator before arriving late or leaving their work site early.
b. On school closure days when student transportation is an issue usually it is only the EAs and kitchen staff that are released.
c. Employees may speak with their building administrator to create a plan to protect their health and safety in all events as itemized in 1.1.
Early Release. 9 7. After completion of the continuing education requirements set forth in this 10 Consent Agreement, Respondent may request early release from the Consent Agreement if all 11 other terms of the Consent Agreement have been met.
Early Release. All employees assigned to the Education Center and related administrative offices will work one (1) hour less than their regular schedules, before: Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, New Years break and Fourth of July break.
Early Release. 17 12. After completion of the stipulations set forth in this Consent Agreement, and upon 18 the supervisor’s recommendation, Respondent may request early release from the Consent 19 Agreement after 12 months.
Early Release. Personnel may be released from duty prior to their normal starting time if the following criteria are met:
A. The release must be sanctioned and approved by the Station Officer who shall note the time of the release in the station logbook.
B. Both employees must be in agreement of exchange.
C. Must be for one (1) hour or less (earlier may be approved in accordance with Article 22).
D. Fifth (5th) occurrence or higher sick leave disincentives have not been applied.
Early Release. Abatement & Demolition
Section 4.12.1 Abatement & Selective Demolition. Once the schematic design has been approved, the Department may release the Design-Builder to commence hazardous material abatement and interior demolition, or other early activities, as applicable. It is envisioned that this work may be released in advance of the GMP.
Early Release. A. An Early Release Committee shall be established at each school site. This committee shall identify, and submit to the faculty for approval, in-service and activities for teacher participation on early release days. The committee shall include three (3) MCEA and three (3) principal appointees. Committee recommendations shall be submitted to the faculty by September 30 each year.
B. On days of early student release as reflected on the school calendar as adopted by the Board, the principal shall seek faculty input prior to making his/her determination as to what activity assignments, if any, teachers will be given during the available time resulting from the student early release.
C. The Early Release Committee may plan for up to one half of early release time to be utilized for collaborative planning activities, such as grade level or department level planning.
