Common use of Invitation to attend a meeting of the Joint Management Body Clause in Contracts

Invitation to attend a meeting of the Joint Management Body. The JMB may invite anyone to attend a meeting to provide advice and has discretion to determine at which meetings an invitee shall be present. Invitees do not have a right to vote at a JMB meeting but may be paid fees for attending the meeting, at the discretion of the JMB.
