Invited Signatory. Invited Signatories are parties that have specific responsibilities as defined in this Agreement. The Invited Signatory who signs this Agreement has the same rights with regard to seeking amendment or termination of this Agreement as the Signatories, but whose signature is not required for execution of the Agreement. The Invited Signatory to this Agreement is the Applicant.

  • Authorized Signatory With respect to any entity, each Person duly authorized to act as a signatory of such entity at the time such Person signs on behalf of such entity.

If you have authorized the use of a facsimile signature, we may honor any check or draft that appears to bear your facsimile signature even if it was made by an unauthorized person.
