Invoices and right to object to invoices. (a) The CVL IM will notify the Train Operator on a weekly basis of the train movements for which Default Train Consist Data has been used to establish the Variable Charges payable by the Train Operator. At either party's request, the parties shall consult with a view to substituting Train Consist Data for Default Train Consist Data but such consultation shall not delay the issue by the CVL IM or its nominee of the invoice for the Variable Charges in respect of the Period concerned.
