Invoices Required Sample Clauses
Invoices Required. Requests for payment under this Contract shall be submitted by the Contractor on Invoices (State Form A-19) prepared in the manner prescribed by the Department. These invoices shall include such information as is necessary for the Department to determine the exact nature of all expenditures. Each invoice will clearly indicate that it is for the services rendered in performance under this Contract.
Invoices Required. The Settlement Administrator shall invoice to counsel for the parties all administration costs incurred by the Settlement Administrator in administering the class.
