Invoicing & Payment Method. Athelas will invoice Customer for fees owed to Athelas on a monthly basis. Athelas will charge the customer via the payment method selected by Customer after entry into the Service Agreement. Customer agrees to provide updated or different payment information in the event that their payment information changes or a charge is declined.

Invoicing & Payment Method. Customer agrees that all payments will be made via automatic ACH debit by Athelas, as set forth in the Terms of Agreement, and to sign any additional authorization required to permit automatic ACH debit. Athelas will invoice Customer monthly and then automatically debit the fee owed no earlier than seven business days later. If ACH payment request from Athelas fail, Customer agrees to pay a late fee at the lower of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law.
Invoicing & Payment Method. All payments will be automatically debited on a monthly basis by meMR by the Customer’s Payment Method indicated in the Order Form. Customer can update or change their payment method by contacting the meMR care team at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Payment Methods and Amounts There are limits on the amount of money you can send or receive through our Service. Your limits may be adjusted from time-to-time in our sole discretion. For certain Services, you may have the ability to log in to the Site to view your individual transaction limits. We or our Service Provider also reserve the right to select the method in which to remit funds on your behalf though the Service, and in the event that your Eligible Transaction Account is closed or otherwise unavailable to us the method to return funds to you. These payment methods may include, but may not be limited to, an electronic debit, a paper check drawn on the account of our Service Provider, or draft check drawn against your account.

  • Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the payment methodology for goods or services authorized by the State in a total amount as set forth in Section C.1.

  • Billing; Payment Conga will issue an invoice to You on or about the Effective Date and at least 30 days before the subsequent anniversary of the Effective Date for renewal terms as specified in the associated Order Form. Such fees shall be paid annually in advance. Conga will invoice You in advance or otherwise in accordance with the Order Form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due net 30 days from the invoice date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information and notifying Conga of any changes to such information. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are nonrefundable, except as expressly set forth in the Agreement to the contrary. If You add Additional Users to the Service, allow use of the Service by more than the paid-for number of Users, or utilize Service Events in excess of the allowance associated with Your subscription, Conga will invoice You for the additional applicable fees.

  • Civil Penalty Payment Method Xxxxxx shall pay the civil penalty by check, credit card, wire transfer, or portal, payable to CARB, using instructions provided separately by CARB in a Payment Transmittal Form. Xxxxxx is responsible for all payment processing fees. Payments shall be accompanied by the Payment Transmittal Form to ensure proper application. CARB shall deposit the civil penalty amount into the Air Pollution Control Fund for the purpose of carrying out CARB’s duties and functions to ensure the integrity of its air pollution control programs. Should payment instructions change, CARB will provide notice to Xxxxxx in accordance with Paragraph 12 (Notices).
