Suspension of Services for Nonpayment. If there are undisputed payments outstanding for more than sixty (60) days from the due date, Athelas reserves the right to suspend Authorized Users’ access to the Software until such amounts are paid in full. Customer will continue to be obligated to pay all Fees during any such suspension period.
Suspension of Services for Nonpayment. After notification by OpenCounter to City, accounts more than sixty (60) days past due will be subject to suspension of Support Services until payment is received.
Suspension of Services for Nonpayment. If the CUSTOMER fails to comply with the payment policy within section 5, COMPANY may suspend services provided to CUSTOMER under this agreement after ten (10) days written notice to cure past due invoices. The ten (10) days begins on the date of postmark. COMPANY reserves the right to enforce payment by ACH or Credit Card if CUSTOMER has two past due payments. Payment by Credit Card may require additional processing fees. The change in payment method does not constitute a breach on the agreement by the COMPANY. If the COMPANY suspends CUSTOMER services due to nonpayment, this does not constitute a breach in the agreement by COMPANY.
