Involuntary Reduction of Administrative or Supervisory Personnel. In the event there shall be a reduction in administrative or supervisory staff, every attempt within the confines of mandated regulations pertaining to reduction in force will be made to place the Council member in a professional position within the district. In the event of a reduction in staff, the Council member so affected will be given primary consideration for any available position provided that he/she is certified and meets the qualification for the position.
