Common use of INVOLVED PARTIES Clause in Contracts

INVOLVED PARTIES. The following state agencies are committed to work cooperatively to conserve the roundtail chub, bluehead sucker, and flannelmouth sucker throughout their respective ranges, and have further determined that a consistent approach, as described in this Agreement, is most efficient for conserving the three species. The state agencies signatory to this document are: Arizona Game and Fish Department Colorado Division of Wildlife Nevada Department of Wildlife New Mexico Department of Game and Fish Utah Division of Wildlife Resources Wyoming Game and Fish Department Coordinated participation by state wildlife agencies helps institutionalize range-wide conservation of the three fish species, but federal and tribal partners are being encouraged to participate, as well. The participation of all resource managers in the areas where these species are found is important for the long-term survival of the three species. Some language in this Agreement has been included in anticipation of eventual federal and tribal participation. Any edits proposed by potential conservation partners that will allow them to sign this Agreement and participate in conservation actions will be carefully considered and will only be incorporated with the consensus of the existing signatories. This Agreement may be amended at any time to include additional signatories. An entity requesting inclusion as a signatory shall submit its request to the Council in the form of a document defining its proposed responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement.
