IRIS Connect’s Data Subject Request Assistance. The Customer agrees that (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data) IRIS Connect will assist the Customer in fulfilling any obligation to respond to requests by data subjects, including if applicable the Customer’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in Chapter III of the GDPR, by: 14.3.1.1 providing the Additional Security Controls in accordance with Section 7.3 (Additional Security Controls); and 14.3.2.1 complying with the commitments set out in Section 12.1 (Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability) and Section 12.2.1 (Customer’s Responsibility for Requests).
