Customer’s Security Responsibilities. Without prejudice to Google’s obligations under Sections 7.1 (Google’s Security Measures, Controls and Assistance) and 7.2 (Data Incidents), and elsewhere in the applicable Agreement, Customer is responsible for its use of the Services and its storage of any copies of Customer Data outside Google’s or Google’s Subprocessors’ systems, including:
a. using the Services and Additional Security Controls to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Customer Data; b. securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices Customer uses to access the Services; and
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. Customer agrees that, without prejudice to Google’s obligations under Sections 7.1 (Google’s Security Measures and Assistance) and 7.2 (Data Incidents):
(a) Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Processor Services, including:
(i) making appropriate use of the Processor Services to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of Customer Personal Data; and
(ii) securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices Customer uses to access the Processor Services; and
(b) Google has no obligation to protect Customer Personal Data that Customer elects to store or transfer outside of Google’s and its Subprocessors’ systems.
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. 15.1 Without prejudice to Hubilo's obligations under this Section (security), the Customer:
i) shall remain solely responsible for its use of the Services, including: (a) making appropriate use of the Services to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Customer Personal Data; (b) securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices Customer uses to access the Services; and (c) backing up the Customer Personal Data; and
ii) acknowledges that Hubilo has no obligation to protect Customer Personal Data that Customer elects to store or transfer outside of Hubilo and each Hubilo Affiliate’s and its Sub-processors’ systems (for example, offline or online premises storage).
15.2 For the provision of Services, Hubilo warrants that they comply with the data protection measures required by the Applicable Data Protection Laws.
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. 6.2.1 Without prejudice to Hevo’s and the relevant Hevo Affiliate’s obligations under Section 6.1 (Hevo’s and Hevo Affiliate’s Security Measures):
6.2.1.1 Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Services, including: (i) making appropriate use of the Services to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Customer Personal Data; (ii) securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices Customer uses to access the Services; and (iii) backing up the Customer Personal Data; and
6.2.1.2 Customer acknowledges that Hevo and each Hevo Affiliate has no obligation to protect Customer Personal Data that Customer elects to store or transfer outside of Hevo’s and each Hevo Affiliate’s and its Sub-processors’ systems (for example, offline or online premises storage.)
6.2.2 Customer is responsible for reviewing Hevo’s and Hevo Affiliate’s Security Measures and evaluating for itself whether the Services, Hevo’s and Hevo Affiliate’s Security Measures and Hevo’s and Hevo Affiliate’s security commitments under this Section will meet Customer’s needs, including with respect to compliance with Data Protection Laws. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Security Measures undertaken by Xxxx and Hevo Affiliates meet a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Customer Personal Data, and the Customer will be responsible if the Security Measures do not meet the standard of appropriateness as required by applicable Data Protection Law.
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. Customer agrees that, without prejudice to Upwork’s obligations under Section 7.1 (Upwork’s Security Measures, Controls and Assistance) and Section 7.2 (Data Incidents):
a. Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Services, including: i. making appropriate use of the Services to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Customer Data; ii. securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices Customer uses to access the Services;
iii. backing up its Customer Data; and
b. Upwork has no obligation to protect Customer Data that Customer elects to store or transfer outside of the Service.
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. Customer agrees that, without prejudice to IT Farm’s obligations under Section 6.1 (IT Farm’s Security Measures, Controls and Assistance) and Section 6.2 (Data Incidents).
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. Customer agrees that, without prejudice to Provider’s obligations under Section 5.1 (Provider’s Security Measures, Controls and Assistance) and Section 5.2 (Personal Data Breach):
(a) Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Services, including:
(i) making appropriate use of the Services to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Customer Personal Data;
(ii) securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices Customer uses to access the Services;
(iii) securing Customer’s systems and devices as used in connection with the Services; and
(iv) backing up its Personal Data.
(b) Provider has no obligation to protect Personal Data that Customer elects to store or transfer outside of Provider’s and its Subprocessors’ systems (for example, offline or on-premises storage).
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. Customer agrees that, without limitation of Virsae’s obligations under Section 4.1 (Virsae Security Measures) and Section 4.2 (Information Security Incidents), Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Virsae Solution, including (a) making appropriate use of the Virsae Solution to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Personal Data; (b) securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices Customer uses to access the Virsae Solution; (c) securing Customer’s systems and devices that Virsae uses to provide the Virsae Solution; and (d) backing up Personal Data.
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. The Customer agrees that, without prejudice to IRIS Connect’s obligations under Section 10.6 (IRIS Connect’s Security Measures, Controls and Assistance) and Section 11 (Data Incidents):
12.1.1 The Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Services, including:
12.1.1.1 making appropriate use of the Services and the Additional Security Controls to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Customer Data;
12.1.2.2 securing the account authentication credentials, systems and devices the Customer uses to access the Services; and
12.1.2.3 IRIS Connect has no obligation to protect Customer Data that the Customer elects to store or transfer outside of IRIS Connect’s and its sub-processors’ systems (for example, offline or on-premise storage), or to protect Customer Data by implementing or maintaining Additional Security Controls except to the extent the Customer has opted to use them.
Customer’s Security Responsibilities. Customer agrees that, without prejudice to our obligations under Sections 4.1 or 4.2: (i) you are solely responsible for your use of the Service, including making appropriate use of the Service to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in relation to Customer Data, securing any account authentication credentials, systems, and devices you use to use the Service, and backing up your Customer Data. You understand and agree that we have no obligation to protect Customer Data that you elect to store or transfer outside of our or our Subprocessors’ systems (e.g., offline or on-premise storage). You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Service and our commitments under this Section 4 meet your needs, including with respect to your compliance with any of your security obligations under Privacy Laws, as applicable.
