The employer shall pay the employee $1.30 for every hour actually worked, for meeting his obligation to supply a safety harness and it components including two (2) energy absorbers, a welding mask and its components, a safety belt and its components, safety boots, hard hats and their accessories, gloves and safety goggles. The safety equipment shall be in compliance with the Safety Code.
