Common use of Irregularities Clause in Contracts

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by re-direction of trade from Indonesia to the Union via a third country; (b) FLEGT licences covering timber products which contain timber from third countries that is suspected of being illegally produced; or (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licences.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by re-direction of trade from Indonesia Liberia to the Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences licenses covering timber products which contain timber that include imports from suspect sources in third countries that is suspected of being illegally producedcountries; or (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licenceslicenses.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by the re-direction of trade from Indonesia Ghana to the Union Community via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences covering being issued to timber products which contain timber that include imports of suspect sources from third countries that is suspected of being illegally producedcountries; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or using use of FLEGT licences.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other in accordance with Article 20 if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by re-direction redirection of trade from Indonesia Viet Nam to the Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences covering timber products which contain timber from third countries that is suspected of being illegally produced; or (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licences.

Irregularities. The Parties shall inform each other in accordance with Article 21 if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in particular in relation to the followingto: (a) circumvention of fraudulent trade, including by re-direction in particular the diversion of trade from Indonesia Honduras to the Union via a third countrycountry where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences covering timber products which contain timber from third countries that is are suspected of being illegally produced; orand (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other in accordance with Article 21 if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including particularly, but not exclusively, in relation to the followingto: (a) circumvention of fraudulent trade, including by re-direction in particular the diversion of trade from Indonesia Honduras to the Union via a third countrycountry where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences covering timber products which contain timber from third countries that is are suspected of being illegally produced; orand (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect or have found evidence of any circumvention of, or irregularity in irregularities conflicting with, the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by re-direction of trade from Indonesia Congo to the European Union via a third countrycountry where there is reason to believe that this has been done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences covering being issued for timber and derived products which contain timber that include imports of suspicious origin from third countries that is suspected of being illegally producedcountries; or (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect have reasonable suspicion or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by re-direction of trade from Indonesia Guyana to the Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences covering timber products which contain timber from third countries that is are suspected of being illegally produced; or. (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licences.

The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect have reasonable suspicion or have found evidence of any circumvention or irregularity in the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the following: (a) circumvention of trade, including by re-direction of trade from Indonesia Guyana to the Union via a third country, where there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences licenses covering timber products which contain timber from third countries that is are suspected of being illegally produced; or. (c) fraud in obtaining or using FLEGT licenceslicenses.

The Parties shall inform each other if they suspect of their suspicions or have found evidence of observations with regard to any circumvention of, or irregularity in in, the FLEGT Licensing Schemelicensing scheme, including in relation to the followingparticular regarding: (a) a circumvention of trade, including by re-direction particularly via the redirection of trade from Indonesia the CAR to the Union via a third countrycountry when there is reason to believe that this is done with the intention of avoiding licensing; (b) FLEGT licences covering being issued for timber and derived products which contain timber that include imports of suspect sources from third countries that is suspected of being illegally producedcountries; or (c) fraud in the obtaining or using use of FLEGT licences.
