Access Limitations. Each Information Party shall ensure that no persons who have access to Subscriber Information provided or made accessible to such Information Party under this Agreement are listed on: (a) the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list maintained by the U.S. Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control; (b) the Denied Persons or Denied Entities lists maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security; (c) the Debarred Persons List maintained by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls; (d) any successors to the foregoing; or (e) any similar official public lists maintained by any agency of the U.S. government with which financial institutions operating in the United States are required to comply. Each Information Party will ensure that all Subscriber Information resides in the United States or Canada, unless approved in writing in advance by the Transferor.
Access Limitations. In addition to the number of Users, some of our Solutions may place other limits on the functionality based on the access rights that you obtain, such as limiting the number of records that can be added, the number of boxes that can be charted, the number of authorized reports, or other features, as described on the applicable Delivery Order.
Access Limitations. The Online Banking site may be down every Monday morning from 3:00 am to 5:00 a.m. CST for weekly backups and loading of releases.

Contractor shall use precautions, including, but not limited to, physical software and network security measures, personnel screening, training and supervision, and appropriate agreements to prevent anyone other than authorized City personnel, users and subcontractors with a specific need to know, for a purpose authorized under this Agreement, from monitoring, using, gaining access to City Data. The Contractor shall also protect appropriate copies of City Data from loss, corruption, or unauthorized alteration and prevent the disclosure of City and Contractor usernames, passwords, API keys, and other access control information to anyone other than authorized City personnel.
Access Limitations. You understand that we will not allow more preauthorized transfers than the maximum number specified in the Disclosures. A preauthorized transfer is a transfer of funds from this account to make payments to a third party by means of a preauthorized or telephone agreement, order or instruction. Federal regulations require compliance with these restrictions. We may be required to close your account, take away your ability to transfer funds or convert the account to a checking or other transaction account if these restrictions are violated.
Access Limitations. The Contractor makes his own assessment of, and allows in his rates for those access problems that may be encountered. No extra payment or claim of any kind is allowed on account of difficulties of access to the works, or for the requirement of working adjacent to or in the same area as others. Access to site shall be in line with the Camden Power Station’s access procedure. The Contractor shall be required to make an application to enter site for the duration of the contract, including the warranty and defect period. A permit shall only be issued once the Contractor has attended the safety induction and has undergone medical checks. All the assets must be declared and registered with security upon entering site. This includes portable assets such as a laptop. The record must be kept on the OV18 form. No asset shall be removed from site if the OV18 form is not attached. The Contractor shall have no claim against the Employer in respect of delay at the security main gate. All Contractors’ permits must be returned to Protective Services on completion of the works.

Bank Purchasing Agent shall ensure that no persons who have access to T-Mobile Information provided or made accessible to Bank Purchasing Agent under this Agreement are listed on: (a) the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list maintained by the U.S. Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control; (b) the Denied Persons or Denied Entities lists maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security; (c) the Debarred Persons List maintained by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls; (d) any successors to the foregoing; or (e) any similar official public lists maintained by any agency of the U.S. government with which financial institutions operating in the United States are required to comply. Bank Purchasing Agent will ensure that all T-Mobile Information resides in the United States, unless approved in writing in advance by Funding Seller. Bank Purchasing Agent shall securely store all T-Mobile Information separate from other information of Bank Purchasing Agent or Bank Purchasing Agent’s other customers. Bank Purchasing Agent must first obtain prior written approval from Funding Seller for any deviation from this requirement.

3.2.1.1 Prevent anyone other than City, Personnel, and Subprocessors with a specific need to know, for a purpose authorized under this Agreement, from monitoring, using, gaining access to City Data;
3.2.1.2 Protect appropriate copies of City Data from loss, corruption, or unauthorized alteration; and
3.2.1.3 Prevent the disclosure of City and Contractor usernames, passwords, API keys, and other access control information to anyone other than authorized City personnel.
