Isolated Locations. In special cases when a temporary work headquarters is remote from public transportation, employees will be allowed to accumulate or "bank" overtime at straight time rates to a maximum of 40 hours in order to have extra time away from the job. Such permission shall only be granted when the majority of the affected employees agree.
