Issuance of Notices. Seller shall use Buyer’s allocations set forth on Schedule 2.3 to provide any required preferential right to purchase notifications to third parties.

The Division hereby agrees to issue the Notice of Allocation, the Notice of Participation, the Notice of Final Allocation and the Notice of Availability of Funds for each Program, each as applicable, and such other notices as may be necessary to fulfill the obligations of the Division under the applicable Program Agreement or to effectuate the purposes of such Program.
