Issuance of the Card. 2.01 The “Bank” shall have the right to examine and review the credit standing of the applicant for issuing the “Card” at any time the “Bank” deems fit without reference to the applicant or assigning any reason whatsoever. The credit examination / review, necessary to the processing of the “Card” application process, may require the “Bank” to disclose the applicant’s address, salary, any professional and/or financial information to any other party. 2.02 The "Bank" shall have the right to decline the credit card application without assigning any reason and in such case the application and its supporting documents including Salary certificate, Payslip or Bank statement submitted to the Bank will become part of the Bank’s records and will not be returned to the Customer. 2.03 As a pre-condition for approving any application to issue a “Card”, the “Bank” may, in its sole discretion and determination, require the applicant to issue a Cheque and/or pledge and/or assign a cash deposit in favour of the “Bank” for any amount determined by the “Bank”. The “Bank” shall maintain this security so long as the “Card” is valid and there is any unpaid “New Balance”. If the “New Balance” is fully settled the “Bank” shall continue to maintain this security for a period not less than forty five days from the date of cancelling the “Card”.

Issuance of the Card. 2.1 The Customer may, from time to time, nominate such person to be a Cardholder and request the Bank to issue a Card or a Virtual Card to such person. 2.2 Once approved, the Card will be sent by ordinary post to the Cardholder or Customer at the Customer’s own risk and the Card is deemed to have been duly received by the Cardholder and the Customer. The Card shall be signed by the Cardholder immediately upon receipt. 2.3 (Virtual Card) Once approved, the Bank will advise a distinct identification number known as the real card number (“RCN”) to the Customer and the Cardholder by ordinary post at the Customer’s own risk and the RCN is deemed to have been duly received by the Cardholders and the Customer. 2.4 Once the Card or RCN is activated, each of the Cardholder and the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Issuance of the Card. 3.1 The Card is issued by Xxxxxxxx Bank at the Payroll Provider's request and upon acceptance of said request by Us. Cards will be sent either directly to You or to Your Payroll Provider using the details provided by Your Payroll Provider on the Corporate Account Platform. 3.2 The Card is strictly personal to You and You must sign the Card as soon as possible upon receipt. You are strictly prohibited from transferring or giving the card to any third party or from allowing any third party to use the Card. 3.3 You must not place adhesive tags, stickers or any other items, or any writing save for Your signature, on the Card. 3.4 You must not make any functional or physical alteration of the Card that could prevent it and/or any electronic equipment that the Card may be used in conjunction with from functioning properly. 3.5 Upon activation of the Card as set out in clause 5, a PIN Code will be provided to You. You shall take all measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of this PIN Code. You can change the PIN Code as set out in clause 7.1.
Issuance of the Card. The HOLDER authorizes XXXXXXXX to issue a financial card linked to a payment account assigned in the name of the HOLDER, except if the product contracted is a gift card, instant or virtual. The payment account is associated with the card and other electronic media, so that any operation, carried out through such means, will be reflected in the account. If the HOLDER requests additional cards, each card will be associated with a new payment account. The request by the HOLDER of one or more additional cards will imply his consent in relation to the charges that XXXXXXXX makes in his payment account as a result of the transactions and provisions made with said additional cards.
