Issuer to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Noteholders. The Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (i) not more than five days after each Record Date, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes as of such Record Date and (ii) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than ten days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the Note Registrar, no such list shall be required to be furnished.

The Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (a) upon each transfer of a Note, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names, addresses and taxpayer identification numbers of the Holders of Notes as they appear on the Note Register as of such Record Date, and (b) at such other times, as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 10 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that for so long as the Trustee is the Note Registrar, no such list shall be required to be furnished; provided, further, that for so long as the Trustee is the Note Registrar, the Trustee shall furnish to the Issuer such list in the same manner prescribed in clause (b) above.
Issuer to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Noteholders. (a) If the Trustee is not the Security Registrar, the Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (a) on each regular Record Date (as defined in Section 2.7 (Provisions for Payment; Defaulted Interest)) a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Noteholders as of such regular Record Date, provided that the Issuer shall not be obligated to furnish or cause to furnish such list at any time that the list shall not differ in any respect from the most recent list furnished to the Trustee by the Issuer and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing within 30 days after the receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished.

(a) The Issuer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (i) semi-annually, not less than 45 days nor more than 60 days after the Interest Payment Date occurring closest to six months after the Closing Date and each Interest Payment Date occurring at six-month intervals thereafter, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes and (ii) at such other times, as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 10 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the Note Registrar, no such list shall be required to be furnished to the Trustee.

The Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee monthly, not more than eight days after each Record Date, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of each Noteholder of each Class of Notes as they appear on the Note Register as of such Record Date, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 10 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that for so long as the Trustee is the Note Registrar, no such list shall be required to be furnished to the Trustee, and the Trustee shall furnish such list to the Issuer upon the Issuer's written request, within 30 days after receipt by the Trustee of any such request.
