Common use of Item Image Quality Clause in Contracts

Item Image Quality. The image of an Item transmitted using Mobile Deposit must be legible and clear. It must not be altered. It must capture all pertinent information from both sides of the Item. Image quality must comply with industry requirements established and updated by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and any other applicable regulatory agency.
