Wage Schedule The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.
Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
Daily Schedule 1. Double Bus Runs - Teachers shall be required to be on duty a total of seventy-five (75) minutes in grades K-6 and sixty (60) minutes in grades 7-12 before and after the published regular pupil's school day.
Item Agreement As negotiated items are agreed upon, they shall be reduced to writing and initialed by the chief negotiator of each party. Such initialing shall be construed as tentative agreement by both parties on that item or issue, subject to finalization by ratification by the membership of the Association and adoption by the Board.
Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.
THE SCHEDULE 44A. (1) Subject to the reservation set out in subclause (3) of this Clause, the Joint Venturers shall at all times during the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof so exercise the rights conferred upon or vested in them by this Agreement and shall so operate or make use of all onshore facilities so as to ensure that the priorities set out in subclauses (2) and (4) of this Clause are observed and performed.
RDO Schedule a) The Schedule of RDO’s to be observed each year will generally be as provided under the VBIA.
