Items to Be Returned. EMPLOYEES, at the time of termination of employment, are required to return all articles of Protective Firefighting Clothing, Work Uniforms, Dress Uniforms, and Equipment that were provided by the EMPLOYER. EMPLOYEES who are retiring from the Department shall be allowed to keep their dress uniform and helmet if requested in writing to the Fire Chief, provided all other issued equipment has been returned.
