IUE COPE. Company agrees to deduct and transmit to IUE/CWA COPE each pay period such sums from the wages of associates as they voluntarily authorize on forms provided for that purpose by CWA Local 81408. These transmittals shall be accompanied by a list of names of those associates for whom such deductions have been made and the amount deducted for each such associate. Associates who wish to cancel their authorization for payroll deductions will sign a card supplied by the Union for that purpose.

  • Contractor Certification regarding Boycotting Israel Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies Contractor (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
