  • Errors and Omissions Insurance Errors and Omissions Insurance to be maintained by the Servicer in accordance with Section 3.13.

Payment Bond & Performance Bond: Contractor shall not commence the Work until it has provided to the District, a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond and a Performance Bond, in the forms attached hereto, each in an amount equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price issued by a surety admitted to issue bonds in the State of California and otherwise acceptable to the District.

  • Recipient’s Insurance The Recipient represents, warrants, and covenants that it has, and will maintain, at its own cost and expense, with insurers having a secure A.M. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Excess Insurance All policies providing excess coverage to City shall follow the form of the primary policy or policies including but not limited to all endorsements.
