JMC Agendas. The chair of the JMC shall be responsible for distributing an agenda for each JMC meeting at least [***] days in advance of such meeting. Each Party shall have the right to request the chair to include any appropriate matter on the agenda, which requests shall be accommodated by the chair. The chair shall be responsible for generating and issuing minutes, in accordance with Section 2.6(f), of each JMC meeting, which shall include a summary of any actions agreed at the meeting.
