Common use of JOB CONTACTS Clause in Contracts

JOB CONTACTS. Any authorized representative of the Association shall have the right to contact individual Members working within the Association in City facilities during business hours on matters within the scope of representation, providing prior arrangements have been made for each contact with the Chief of Police or the Chief's designated representative who shall grant permission for such contact if, in his judgment, it will not disrupt the business of the work unit involved or the Department.
