JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND NEW CLASSIFICATIONS. 1. The employer agrees to provide job descriptions for all positions for which the Union is the bargaining agent. Job descriptions for all significantly changed or new positions shall require consultation with the Union. Existing classifications shall not be eliminated or changed without prior discussion with the Union. 2. It is agreed that the University may, at its sole discretion, establish new job categories from time to time.
