Job Evaluation Appeal/Request Procedure. (a) Step I Any employee or department manager or the Union may initiate, in writing, a Job Evaluation Appeal/Request to the Labour Relations Manager or designate who will respond to and/or meet with all Parties involved to resolve the appeal/request within twenty (20) working days. In order to justify the re-evaluation of a position, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate measurable changes in duties and responsibilities.
