Job Evaluation Or Salary Grievance. In the event that the Parties cannot agree on the job description and salary or salary range when an existing job is to be changed or a new job is to be created, as the case may be, the Employer shall have the right to implement the job description and the salary or salary range proposed by the Employer, and the Union shall have the right to grieve by submitting the issues in dispute immediately to arbitration.
