JOB EVALUATION REVIEW AND APPEAL. Where an employee believes that their job description does not accurately describe their actual job responsibilities and the group level of their job is incorrect, or that the duties they perform are more properly characterized by a different existing job description, the employee may initiate a review and may appeal in accordance with this Article.
