Job Loss Sample Clauses

Job Loss. By checking this Box (b), Resident represents that Resident has lost his/her job due to the COVID-19 crisis. Based on your representation that you have become involuntarily unemployed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are entering into this Agreement with you and accept as full satisfaction of your Lease obligations the amounts set forth in Section 6 - Reduced Termination Amount. Additionally, as a result of your job loss, we are willing to reduce the amount owed by you under the Lease as long as you provide us with: (1) either a written statement from your employer or a copy of your final paystub, and (2) a copy of your signed unemployment application with the State of Colorado. You may provide this information at time before September 30, 2020. If you fail to provide this documentation, you agree to pay as the amount set forth in Section 5 - Full Amount Due less any amounts previously paid. Job LossIn the event of a job loss due to restructuring, downsizing, or contracting of work, severance will be provided in accordance with Article 13.07.

  • Insurance, Loss Deductible The Customer shall be exempt from, and in no way liable for, any sums of money which may represent a deductible in any insurance policy. The payment of such deductible shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor providing such insurance. Upon request, the Contractor shall furnish the Customer an insurance certificate proving appropriate coverage is in full force and effect.
