JOB PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. Bargaining unit employees shall have their job performance reviewed at the end of their probationary period and annually during the first two [2] years of employment and every two [2] years thereafter at a minimum, by April 1 of that year. Such reviews shall be the responsibility of the building principal where the bargaining unit employee is assigned. The Director of Special Education and the classroom teacher, if the bargaining unit employee is assigned to a classroom, may contribute to the review. The evaluation form is attached as Appendix A.
