Common use of Job Plan Clause in Contracts

Job Plan. You and your clinical manager have agreed a prospective Job Plan that sets out your main duties and responsibilities, a schedule for carrying out your Programmed Activities, your responsibilities, your accountability arrangements and your objectives and supporting resources. You and your clinical manager will review the Job Plan annually in line with the provisions in Schedule 4 of the TCS.
